At Mindfully Guided, LLC, I believe in a compassionate, non-diet approach to nutrition. My work is rooted in Intuitive Eating, Body Trust®, trauma-informed care, and the belief that your body holds wisdom. I support clients in building trust with their bodies and making food choices that feel aligned, sustainable, and free from diet culture.

I believe nourishing your body goes beyond what’s on your plate. My goal is to help you reconnect with food, movement, and self-care in a way that feels sustainable, compassionate, and aligned with your values. I’m here to guide - not dictate - your journey, walking alongside you as you build habits that feel supportive, not overwhelming.

Body Trust® & Intuitive Eating

If you feel stuck in the cycle of dieting, food rules, or body shame, this space is for you. Together, we’ll explore hunger, fullness, satisfaction, and self-care as guides for nourishing yourself. Instead of rigid plans, we’ll focus on cultivating trust in your body, reducing stress around food, and creating a more peaceful relationship with eating. This work is for anyone looking to heal from diet culture, let go of restriction, and reconnect with their body on their own terms.

Perinatal Nutrition

Fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum bring big physical and emotional shifts — and often, a flood of confusing nutrition advice. I help you sort through the noise so you can feel grounded and confident in your choices. My goal is to provide guidance that feels practical, reassuring, and deeply supportive during this transformative season of life.

Women’s Health

Hormonal changes can influence energy, mood, bone health, and overall well-being. I provide personalized nutrition support to help you navigate these transitions — whether you’re aiming to balance hormones, ease the impacts of perimenopause or menopause, or simply feel more at home in your body. Together, we’ll focus on sustainable, compassionate strategies that honor your health at every stage.
