By using the Website or purchasing any services, you agree to:

4. Digital Products

  • Delivery: Digital Products are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately after purchase.

  • Refunds: Due to their nature, Digital Products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless required by law.

  • Use: All Digital Products are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold, shared, or distributed.

5. Physical Products

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within three (3) business days. Shipping times vary by location.

  • Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International shipping policies (if available) will be outlined at the time of purchase.

  • Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the product is shipped.

  • Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.

  • Damages: If a product is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 14 days.

6. Membership Services (Book Club)

  • Access: Membership includes access to guided reading questions, live discussions, and other materials as described on the Website.

  • Duration: Membership is valid for the period stated at the time of purchase (e.g., one book cycle or subscription term).

  • Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law.

  • Expectations: Participants agree to maintain confidentiality of group discussions and respect fellow members. Sharing of other members’ information or recording live sessions without permission is prohibited.

  • Purpose: Membership content and discussions are for educational and supportive purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or nutrition advice.

7. Counseling Services

  • Counseling Services accessed through this Website require separate agreements, contracts, and informed consent forms.

  • Accessing other Website products or memberships does not establish a provider-client relationship.
