Specialties
I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected when it comes to food and their bodies. Food exists within the context of real life, and real life is often messy.
The support you need is just as individual as you are — and if you see yourself in more than one area below, that's completely normal. Most of the people I work with do.

Intuitive Eating & Body Trust®
If you're exhausted by food rules, diet cycles, or the constant mental noise around eating, this is a space to slow down. Together we'll work on rebuilding trust with your body — your hunger, your fullness, your own sense of what feels good — and let that guide you instead. This work is weight-neutral and HAES®-aligned — care here is never contingent on your size, and weight loss isn't the focus of our work together. We'll also look at whatever's getting in the way, whether that's a complicated relationship with your body, neurodivergence, GI symptoms, perimenopause or menopause, or something else entirely. This is about creating more space, freedom, and trust in your relationship with food and your body.
Perinatal Nutrition (fertility, pregnancy, postpartum)
Nutrition advice during this season is loud, conflicting, and often overwhelming. I help you cut through it so you can feel grounded and confident at every stage — whether that's managing symptoms, understanding your nutrient needs trimester by trimester, choosing supplements with confidence, or navigating conditions like gestational diabetes. In the postpartum period, the focus shifts to rebuilding and replenishing. I also support fertility nutrition and the added complexity that conditions like PCOS or endometriosis can bring — including for those pursuing IVF or other assisted reproductive technologies.
Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) Nutrition
If you've been told to restrict foods, cut out entire food groups, or lose weight to manage your symptoms, you're not alone — and you deserve better. I offer weight-neutral nutrition support that addresses blood sugar, hormones, and daily nourishment without all-or-nothing thinking. Whether you were recently diagnosed, have been living with PMOS (formerly PCOS) for years, or are navigating fertility, I'm here to help.
Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating
Healing your relationship with food takes time, and you deserve support that meets you exactly where you are. I work with individuals navigating eating disorder recovery who are appropriate for outpatient nutrition care, including those recovering from restriction, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and other disordered eating patterns.
As a dietitian, my work focuses on helping you rebuild trust with food and your body — whether that means working toward more flexible eating, making peace with foods that feel scary, or simply figuring out how to nourish yourself day to day. Recovery isn't linear, and there's no "right" way to be in it. I'll meet you where you are with patience and without judgment.
OCD & Food-Related Fear
When OCD or anxiety shows up around food, eating can feel anything but simple. I work with individuals whose OCD or anxiety intersects with food and eating — whether that's fear around how food was prepared, intrusive thoughts that make eating feel unsafe, concerns about ingredients or contamination, or food rules and rituals that have become exhausting to maintain. My job is to meet you where you are nutritionally and help you find ways to eat that feel sustainable, even when OCD makes that complicated.
When appropriate and coordinated with your treatment team, we may incorporate food-based exposure work as part of exposure and response prevention (ERP) — gradually working toward trying a feared food, eating in a challenging context, or resisting a food-related ritual, always at a pace grounded in your goals.
ADHD & Neurodivergent-Affirming Nutrition Counseling
"Just listen to your body" isn't simple advice for everyone. For many neurodivergent people — those with ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, or other neurotypes — connecting with hunger and fullness cues can feel anything but straightforward. As a dietitian, my work is to help you find practical, flexible approaches to nourishment that actually work for your brain and life. That might mean adapting Intuitive Eating principles, building low-barrier eating routines, or finding ways to support your energy and focus without forcing you into a one-size-fits-all model of "healthy eating."
Support for Chronic Health Conditions
Living with a chronic health condition often comes with a lot of nutrition noise — restrictive plans, fear-based messaging, and advice that centers weight loss above everything else. If you've left a provider's office feeling overwhelmed, ashamed, or unsure where to start, you're not alone.
As a dietitian, I provide weight-neutral nutrition support for a range of chronic health conditions, with particular expertise in autoimmune conditions and GI conditions. For celiac disease specifically, I bring both clinical knowledge and lived experience as someone with celiac myself. I also work with Hashimoto's, diabetes and prediabetes, digestive conditions (IBS, IBD, gastroparesis, acid reflux/GERD), high cholesterol and cardiovascular health, and more. My work focuses on finding practical, sustainable ways to nourish your body and manage your condition — without fear-based messaging or pressure to shrink. Managing a chronic condition and having a peaceful relationship with food aren't mutually exclusive.
