Intuitive Eating & Body Trust®

If you’re exhausted by food rules, diet cycles, or the constant mental chatter around eating, this is a space to slow down.

We’ll work on rebuilding trust with your body: your hunger, your fullness, and your own sense of what feels good. This work is weight-neutral and HAES®-aligned. Care here is never contingent on your size, and weight loss isn’t the focus of our work together. Whatever’s getting in the way, whether that’s a complicated relationship with your body, neurodivergence, GI symptoms, perimenopause, or something else, there’s room for it here. This is about creating more space, freedom, and trust in your relationship with food and your body.

Intuitive Eating isn’t one-size-fits-all. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Body Trust® Provider, I adapt the principles to meet you where you are, so the work feels realistic instead of like one more set of rules.

Our work together might include:

  • Exploring hunger and fullness cues, and what gets in the way of noticing them

  • Examining and challenging internalized food rules and beliefs

  • Practicing unconditional permission to eat, at a pace that feels sustainable

  • Exploring body image and body relationship, and how they shape nourishment

  • Making space for the emotional and sensory dimensions of eating

This might be for you if...

  • You’ve tried Intuitive Eating on your own and felt stuck

  • You’re tired of starting over every Monday

  • Food takes up more space in your head than you’d like

  • You want to feel more at ease in your body, whatever it looks like

  • You’re curious about stepping away from dieting, even if you’re not sure you’re ready

Ready to rebuild trust with food and your body?
