This free Connection Call is an opportunity to connect and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for, how I work, and next steps if it feels aligned.

Initial Session (55 min)
Our first session is a conversation focused on your history, experiences, and current needs. Together, we’ll explore where you’re starting and identify areas of support that feel realistic, supportive, and aligned with your values.
Investment: $175

Follow-Up Session (45 min)
Follow-up sessions offer ongoing, personalized support as you continue building trust with food and your body. We’ll reflect on what’s feeling supportive, navigate challenges as they come up, and adjust our approach so it continues to meet you where you are.
Investment: $150

Getting Started Package
This package includes one Initial Session and two Follow-Up Sessions to be used within three months. It’s a supportive way to begin care with continuity, space for reflection, and time to build momentum at a pace that feels manageable and grounded.
Investment: $450

Ongoing Support Package
This option includes two Follow-Up Sessions each month, along with secure chat access between appointments. It’s designed for steady, ongoing support, offering accountability, reassurance, and guidance as you integrate changes into everyday life.
Investment: $350 per month

Group Coaching (75 min)
Group coaching offers a small, supportive space for connection, shared learning, and reflection. Topics and registration details will be shared as groups become available.

Schedule a FREE Connection Call. It’s a way for us to connect and see if working together feels like the right fit. During this 15-minute call, you’ll have space to share your goals, ask questions, and get a sense of my approach. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for and next steps if it feels aligned. From there, I recommend the Getting Started Package, which provides structure, momentum, and the support you need to begin making meaningful progress. As we move forward, we’ll decide together on the path that best fits your unique needs and the realities of your daily life, ensuring your plan feels both sustainable and supportive.
Due to state licensure requirements, I am currently accepting clients in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Ohio, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington. If you live outside of these states but are interested in working together, please reach out. I’d be happy to explore obtaining licensure in your state if there is enough interest.
