Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating

Healing your relationship with food takes time, and you deserve support that meets you exactly where you are.

I work with people at all stages of eating disorder recovery, including restrictive eating, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and other disordered eating patterns, who are a good fit for outpatient-level support. My focus is helping you rebuild trust with food and your body, whether that means more flexible eating, making peace with foods that feel scary, or figuring out how to nourish yourself day to day. Recovery isn’t linear, and there’s no “right” way to be in it. I’ll meet you where you are, with patience and without judgment.

I’m a member of EDRD Pro and have completed several of their comprehensive eating disorder trainings. I also take part in an ongoing supervision group, so my work stays grounded in current best practices.

Our work together might include:

  • Building consistency with meal structure and eating routines

  • Making sure your body is getting enough to support recovery

  • Learning to recognize and respond to hunger and fullness cues

  • Meal or snack support during sessions, if it would be helpful

  • Understanding patterns in your eating and how they connect to your relationship with food

  • Coordinating with your care team, when it’s helpful

This might be for you if...

  • You’re in recovery and want support with the food side of things

  • Eating feels stressful, rigid, or hard to keep consistent

  • Certain foods feel scary or off-limits

  • You’ve stepped down from a higher level of care and want ongoing support

  • You’re not sure your eating “counts” as disordered, but it’s taking up a lot of space

If you need more support than outpatient care can offer, I have a network of trusted partners at higher levels of care and can help you find the right fit.

Wondering if this is the right fit for where you are in recovery?
