Perinatal Nutrition (fertility, pregnancy, postpartum)
Nutrition advice during this season is loud, conflicting, and often overwhelming.
I help you sort through the noise so you can feel grounded and confident at every stage. That might mean managing symptoms, understanding your nutrient needs trimester by trimester, choosing supplements, or navigating gestational diabetes. Postpartum, the focus shifts to rebuilding and replenishing, in a way that fits your body, your feeding choices, and your life.
I also support fertility nutrition, including the added complexity of PMOS (formerly PCOS), endometriosis, and IVF or other assisted reproductive technologies. And I work with people hoping to restore a regular cycle, including those whose periods have become irregular or absent because of under-fueling, overexercising, or a history of disordered eating. Whether or not fertility is the goal, consistent, adequate nourishment is often the most important first step.
I’m endorsed by the Early Life Nutrition Alliance as both a Prenatal and a Fertility Dietitian. My approach is weight-neutral, so our focus is nourishment and how you feel, not the number on the scale.
Our work together might include:
Choosing foods and supplements that fit where you are in your perinatal journey
Sorting out what the evidence actually says, and what’s not worth your energy
Managing common pregnancy symptoms like nausea, constipation, and fatigue
Individualized support for PMOS, endometriosis, or gestational diabetes
Preparing nutritionally for IVF or other assisted reproductive technologies
Nourishing yourself postpartum in a way that works for you
Supporting period return and cycle regularity
