Nourish Yourself through the Fourth Trimester
Individualized nutrition support to carry you from the final stretch of pregnancy through the early weeks with your baby — so you can move through this season without the extra worry of figuring it out alone.
The fourth trimester asks so much of you.
You've spent months preparing for your baby — mentally bracing for the shift, the sleepless nights, and the way your body and your life are about to change. But somewhere in all that preparation, food is often one of the first things to feel hard to keep up with once baby arrives.
Between healing, feeding, exhaustion, and everything else that's suddenly asking for your attention, nourishing yourself can start to feel like one more thing on a plate that's already full.
And the moment baby is here, your attention goes to them first. Are they eating enough? Sleeping enough? Healthy and happy? You come second — maybe third or fourth, depending on who else is counting on you. Feeding yourself becomes an afterthought, something you'll "get to" once everyone else is taken care of.
What if you felt ready, confident?
Imagine waking up in those early postpartum weeks and reaching for something without a second thought — because your fridge and pantry are already stocked with what your body needs. Imagine feeding yourself before you're running on empty, trusting your hunger instead of second-guessing it. That's what it can look like when you're not figuring this out alone.
This is what guidance that meets you where you are can look like — support you can actually lean on when things feel hard, and preparation that leaves you feeling grounded, not caught off guard.
This is how we make sure you're feeling prepared and confident heading into the fourth trimester.
4 months of support, from your third trimester through the early weeks postpartum.
So you have someone to lean on through a season that can feel disorienting. This isn't a one-and-done consult — it's ongoing support that moves with you, from the final stretch of pregnancy through those early, foggy weeks with your baby. You'll have someone who already knows your history and your goals, so you're not starting from scratch every time something new comes up.
4 video calls starting in your third trimester.
So even in the busiest weeks, you're carving out time for you. These calls are shaped entirely around what you need — building a plan so you're able to feed yourself with ease postpartum, and making sure you feel prepared and supported, whatever that looks like for you. We'll cover the practical pieces so we can take the pressure off when days don't go as planned.
Freezer-friendly recipes and an easy grocery guide, sent after your first call.
So meal planning and prepping is one less thing to figure out on your own. Once I know more about what you actually like to eat, I'll send you recipes you can make ahead and freeze, plus a grocery guide of prepared and packaged items to keep on hand for the days cooking just isn't happening. And this isn't a one-time drop — you're welcome to ask for more recipe and meal ideas throughout our four months together.
Chat and voice note support throughout.
So you're never figuring it out alone. All through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. During our four calls, you can reach out with quick questions or anything that comes up between sessions — I respond within 24 hours on weekdays. Once our calls wrap, I'll check in with you weekly to see what kind of support would help most with feeding yourself, whether that's easy recipe ideas, a list of quick meals from prepared grocery items, or something else entirely. Especially in a season that can feel so disorienting, having that support in your back pocket can make all the difference.

This is a founding price — you're one of the first clients I'm working with in this specific program.
I work with a small number of clients each month so this support stays personal and high-touch. Spots and pricing may shift as the program grows.
Wondering if this is a good fit for you? I'd love to talk it through.
Is this for you?
This program is a good fit for you if:
You're in your third trimester and want practical support heading into the fourth
You want support that's flexible and doesn't ask much of your time once your baby arrives
You're seeking a weight-neutral approach to perinatal and postpartum care
You have a history of dieting, disordered eating, or a complicated relationship with food and want extra support during this transition
You're navigating changes to your hunger, appetite, or relationship with food and body
You've tried Intuitive Eating before and it didn't feel like it was built for you — whether because of ADHD, a demanding schedule, or a health condition
You're managing a GI condition alongside pregnancy and want nutrition guidance that accounts for both
You want support that meets you where you are — even on the days when eating feels like the last thing you have energy for
And if your birth or your baby's first days don't go the way you expected — a NICU stay, a complicated delivery, a loss — this support can still be shaped around where you actually are. We don't have to assume a straightforward recovery for this to be useful to you.
If anything above resonates, I'd love to connect.
Hi, I’m Alexis.
I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Body Trust® Provider supporting people through pregnancy and postpartum — without diets, rules, or pressure to eat "perfectly."
I've been a dietitian for 5 years, including time in a gastrointestinal (GI) nutrition practice, where I regularly supported clients who were pregnant, trying to conceive, or newly postpartum — often navigating nutrition alongside complex GI conditions. That experience shaped how I approach care now: highly individualized, with room for whatever else is going on in your body, not just a generic pregnancy nutrition plan.
I created this program because the fourth trimester deserves more than an afterthought when it comes to nourishment — and because you deserve support that actually fits the season you're in.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Most clients begin in their third trimester, around 28 to 32 weeks, to allow time for all four calls before birth. If you're earlier or later than that window, reach out and we can figure out the best timing for you.
-
This program is built with that flexibility in mind. Your fourth call is timed to land just before birth when possible, but if timing shifts, we'll adjust together.
-
This program is designed with enough time to space out all four calls before birth, so if you're very close to your due date or already have your baby, the structure will look a little different than what's described above. It can still be a great fit, we'd just adjust the pacing, likely moving through calls closer together or shifting more of them to the postpartum period. If you're further along in postpartum, my Ongoing Support Package might actually be a better fit for where you're at. Reach out or book a Connection Call and we can figure out together what makes the most sense for your timeline.
-
This program can flex around that. Whether that means a NICU stay, a difficult delivery, or a loss, we'll adjust the pacing and focus of our calls to fit where you are, not a version of postpartum that assumes everything went as planned.
-
That's expected, and it's part of what we plan for. Your recipe and meal support includes ideas for easy prepared and packaged foods, not just from-scratch cooking.
-
Many clients choose to continue with individual follow-up sessions or the Ongoing Support Package once this program wraps, especially if they'd like continued support as things keep evolving. We can talk through what makes sense together as we get closer to that point.
-
Payment is due at the time of enrollment. If you're using the payment plan, your first payment is due at enrollment, with the remaining two spaced one month apart. Your 4-month program window begins with your first call, which we'll schedule together once you've enrolled.
-
This program is private-pay only. Because it's a bundled package rather than individually billed sessions, a superbill isn't available for this offer. If you're interested in individual sessions with superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement, reach out and we can talk through what that might look like instead.
-
This is nutrition support — not a substitute for lactation support, therapy, or medical postpartum care. I work closely with a network of trusted perinatal providers, and I'm always glad to make a connection or share a referral if you need support beyond nutrition.
-
I respond within 24 hours on weekdays. This isn't a 24/7 or emergency line — if you're ever dealing with something urgent, please contact your medical provider or emergency services.
Still have questions? I'm happy to talk it through — reach out anytime.
